Where We Ship
We currently ship to Australian addresses only.
Processing Time
All orders are produced and dispatched within 4–6 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times within Australia are:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Total estimated time from order to delivery:
- Metro: 6–11 business days
- Regional: 9–16 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@kalpaofficial.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Kalpa is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
